How do you ship and what is the cost?
Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS or UPS, while packages from our global warehouses will be shipped through international mail, depending on the weight and size of the product.
Shipping costs will vary depending on your exact location and shipping options selected. We now offer FREE shipping for all domestic orders over $40 and international orders over $60.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations that we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.
How do you ship internationally?
After we process your order, we hand your order to our shipping providers for further action. For international orders, once your order arrives in your country, it is usually handled by your country's postal service. Please do reach out to your local post office when it arrives in your country and let us know if you have any concerns!
How long will my order take to be delivered?
The shipping time will depend on your exact location as well as the item you ordered.
Please note that some of our items are sourced from our suppliers around the world and may take anywhere from 15-30 days to get to you, so do let us know if you need your order to be expedited!

How do I track my order?
We will send you an Order Confirmation e-mail with your tracking code to the email address that you provided while placing your order. Please note that the tracking information will be updated as soon as your item ships out.
When will my tracking information appear?
You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you receive your tracking number.
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation e-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your inquiry.
I emailed your Customer Service team. When should I expect a response?
We respond to all e-mails within 24-48 hours.
Why is my shipment status unchanged?
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to weather incidents, customs or delivery backlogs. Please note that tracking information will be displayed after your order is shipped and we will inform you through e-mail, if there are any issues.
What about Customs?
Our product costs do not include applicable import duties, taxes and/or charges payable that may result from shipping to your location. You will be responsible for all applicable duties and customs related fees.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
How do I pay for my order?
We use 100% encrypted SSL to ensure that your information is completely secure and accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, all major credit cards and Bitcoin.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then we store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
